Citizenship by Investment Costs
Each country has different regulations - Contact us for a full presentation. Some examples are belowPortugal – 380,000 Euros minimum investment. Reside in the country for 35 days during the 5 years you are required to own the property held within a fund wrapper or through investment directly into hospitality. Citizenship is granted in year 6.
Greece – 500,000 Euros minimum investment. Reside in the country for 6 months each year for 7 years and convert into citizenship in year 8.
Spain – 500,000 Euros minimum investment. Reside in the country for 6 months each year for 10 years and convert into citizenship in year 10.
USA EB3 – Work for one year as an unskilled worker. $45,000 for the main applicant. $3,000 for each additional family member. 10 year green card and able to apply for citizenship in year 6.
USA EB5 – Direct investment into regulated Government infrastructure projects. $800,000 but can be 45% funded on an interest paying loan.
Dubai – Direct investment through property. Minimum investment must be held of $500,000. Can be mortgaged.
Australia – Talent visa. $40,000 AUD.
Caribbean – various solutions through investment or donation.
